True Gospel Miracle Church is located in Iganga Town along Kaliro Road—just past the railway bridge near Kigulu Hill Primary School—True Gospel Miracle Church serves as a focal point of worship and spiritual sanctuary for the local community.

Led by Pastor Patrick Zachariah Kyaligonza, the church was established with a mission centered on fellowship, spiritual healing, and continuous prayer. Unlike traditional ministries that gather solely on weekends, True Gospel Miracle Church maintains an open-door tradition, hosting daily services from Monday through Sunday.

Over the years, the ministry has grown beyond its local physical congregation into a broader digital and regional outreach. Through regular prayer meetings, overnight revival services, and online broadcasting, the church has built a reputation in Iganga District as a welcoming space focused on community support, deliverance, and sharing the Christian gospel.
